How employee profiles work in Urhere

Understand what is stored in an employee profile and where to manage an employee’s setup.

Employee profiles are where you manage the main details for each of your staff members in Urhere.

This includes the information you need for rostering, time and attendance, payroll setup, and onboarding.

An employee profile will include:

  • Personal details

  • Contact details

  • Employment settings

  • Work profiles & hour limiting

  • Salary or pay setup

  • Locations they work at

  • Documents and training

  • Payroll-related details

  • Onboarding information

Once an employee has been added to Urhere, their profile becomes the main place to manage their setup and keep their details up to date.

This is also where you may return later to:

  • Update their employment information

  • Change their work locations

  • Review their payroll setup

  • Manage onboarding requirements

  • Deactivate them if they no long work for your business

Keeping employee profiles accurate is important because the rest of the system depends on it. Rostering, timesheets, payroll setup, and onboarding all rely on the right employee information being in place.

If you are setting up a new employee, the next step is usually to either add them manually or import them from Xero.
