Common troubleshooting for rostering issues

Resolving common rostering problems so your schedule runs smoothly and employees see the right shifts. ​If you are having trouble rostering an employee or they cannot see their shifts, it is usually caused by a setup or publishing issue.

Employee not showing in the roster

If you cannot find an employee when creating a shift, ensure they are added to the location and that they are an active employee for that venue.


If they are not linked to the venue you are rostering, they will not appear.


Unable to assign an employee to a specific shift

If you cannot assign an employee, check the employee is not already scheduled for another shift at the same time and that they are not on leave/unavailable.


Employee cannot see their shifts

If an employee says they cannot see their roster, check they have accepted the Urhere invite and that roster has been published correctly with the shift assigned to them.


Unpublished shifts are not visible to employees.


Employee clocking in without a shift

If an employee is clocking in without being rostered, check the employees settings and disable clock in for unscheduled shifts.
