What and when employees can see shifts
Employees can view their own shift times, location and areas which they are allocated.
Depending on your settings, they may also be able to view who else is working and any shifts available they can claim or shift swaps.
Employees can only see shifts after they are published. If a shift is created but not published, it will not be visible to them.
In Urhere, the shift statuses give you the flexibility to individually publish shifts or collectively publish shifts to employees.
Draft Status
Only managers & admin can see this shift
Publish
The employee will be asked if they confirm working this shift or they can reject it.
Confirmed
The employee will not be able to confirm or reject the shift. If you're coming from other systems, this is the same as "Publish" in those systems.
Checked-in
The shift is in the clocked-in status. This useful if an employee forgot to clock in.
Completed
The shift has been finished and a timesheet will be created. This can be set manually if the employee forgets to clock out.
