Managers can offer shifts to specific employees or use training requirements to find employees who are qualified for the role.

Select Send Offer.
Employees will receive a notification and can respond directly from Urhere.
Offering shifts to qualified employees
Training requirements can be used to ensure offers are only sent to employees who meet the required qualifications.

Select Offer Shift.
Select the training type you want to offer the shift to (See Training)
Select Send Offer.
Tracking responses
Managers can monitor responses directly from the shift and via the mobile app's managers section.
Response statuses include:
Accepted
Declined
Pending
This allows managers to quickly see who is available and whether further action is required.
Approving shift claims
Depending on your settings, employees may be able to claim offered shifts.
Via the Shift Request window
The Shift Request window allows you to view all offers and swaps between employees. When a new offer or swap has been made, you will be alerted at the top of the roster.
On an individual shift or notification:
Open the pending request.
Review the employee.
Approve or decline the request.
Once approved, the employee is assigned to the shift automatically.
