Schedule templates are useful when your team works regular patterns or you want to quickly build future rosters from a saved layout.
How to save a schedule template
Saving the current schedule view
Go to the Schedule.
Set up the week with the shifts you want to reuse.
Select Actions > Save New Template
Name the template.
Add a description if required.
Use the toggle to choose whether unassigned or empty shifts should be included in the template.
Select the status of shifts you want to save to the template.
Select Save Template.
Saving selected shifts
You can individually select shifts and save them to a template
Click Actions > Select Shifts
Select the Shifts you would like to save as a template
Click Save as Template under Actions
Your template will now be available to load into future roster periods.
How to use / load a schedule template
Go to the Schedule.
Open the week you want to create.
Select Actions.
Select the ellipsis next to the template you want to use.
Select Load Template.
The template will create the roster using your saved shifts.
How to edit your template
You can edit your template to make changes as they arise.
