If the wrong employee is showing on the roster, it's usually due to a shift being reassigned, copied from a template, or updated incorrectly.
The shift was reassigned
The shift may have been assigned to another employee.
Resolution - Reassign the correct employee and save your changes
A schedule template was used
Templates can created to assign shifts based on previous schedules.
Resolution - Check whether the roster was created from an existing template or copied from another week. If necessary update your template.
Drag and drop was used
A shift may have been created for an employee while editing the roster. This occurs if their name is dragged and dropped from the employee list.
Resolution - Review the shift assignment and edi/delete as required.
Employee filters are applied
Roster filters can sometimes make it appear that the wrong employee is assigned.
Resolution - Clear any active filters and refresh the roster.
