Roster across multiple locations

Create and manage shifts across more than one location while keeping staff assigned to the right site.

Once your locations are set up and your employees are linked correctly, you can start rostering across multiple locations.

This means creating shifts in the right location and making sure employees are scheduled where they are actually meant to work.

You can view your schedule by a single location or multiple locations at once.

When building the roster, always check:

  • the location

  • the employee

  • the area, if used

  • the date and time

This becomes more important when the same account is being used across multiple stores, venues, offices, or job sites.

A clean multi-location roster makes it easier to:

  • see who is working at each site

  • avoid confusion when publishing shifts

  • keep worked time tied to the right location

  • make timesheets and payroll easier to manage later

If an employee works across more than one location, take extra care that the shift is being created in the correct place before publishing it.

Once the roster is in place, staff can clock in and out against their shifts as normal, and managers can review worked time by location when approving timesheets.
