Edit or delete an approved timesheet

Remove and edit incorrect timesheets so data can be updated for your businesses needs. Deleting a timesheet permanently removes the recorded hours.

Edit an approved timesheet

  1. Go to Timesheets

  2. Select Approve Timesheet

  3. Select an approved timesheet

  4. Select Undo Approve

    This will now allow you to edit timesheet to update any inaccurate data



Delete an approved timesheet

  1. Go to Timesheets

  2. Select Approve Timesheet

  3. Select an approved timesheet

  4. Select Undo Approve

  5. Scroll down and select Delete Timesheet & Shift

  6. Confirm deletion to proceed

    The timesheet will now be permanently deleted, meaning there is no way to recover this timesheet.


Before deleting

Make sure the timesheet was created in error and ensure the hours should not be recorded.
