Review Employees onboarding

Ensure employee details are completed, ready for rostering and payroll.

Once an employee has completed onboarding, all managers for that employee's location will be notified in software and in the web app..

Reviewing onboarding information allows managers to check all the required information has been entered by the employee and they are ready to commence work. This ensures no information is missed and delays your export to payroll.

How to review onboarding information

  1. Navigate to Employees

  2. An alert will appear advising you an employee's information needs to be reviewed.

  3. Select Review

  4. Once you have reviewed the details, to proceed select Mark as Reviewed

Next Steps

If you are a Xero or Payroll connected customer, you may wish to import this employee along with their details.

This can be actioned via the onboarding review screen, or via the Payroll tab in the employee's profile.
