Message from CTO: Last week, we removed the auto advance option for Payrun exports to allow customers to retry their export. This was a defensive action to reduce the time needed for any re-exports.
After this week, your pay calendar will advance as normal.
Urhere will receive your current pay calendar dates from Xero. Urhere does not control your export dates for Xero.
If your payroll calendar dates have not advanced, you can manually move them forward by going to (In Xero).
Note: After changing these settings, you will need to refresh or restart the export process in Urhere.
Step 1: Click Payroll > Payroll Settings
Step 2: Go to Pay Frequencies
Step 3: Find your current Pay Calendar
Move your pay calendar to the current export week (typically not the current week).
Note: Choose your dates carefully, if you advance too far forward, you will need to create a new pay frequency and apply to your employees. If this has happened, read here.
Step 4: Updating your pay date
You may need to update your pay date in the same window:
Once you have updated your pay frequency, simply refresh the Urhere export process and you'll be fine to export to the dates you set in Xero
