When assigning hourly rates to your employee, Urhere will automatically apply the rate found in Xero, unless it doesn't exist.
If the earnings rate doesn't exist in an employee's pay template in Xero
Urhere will set this rate in the employee's pay template during your next export.
Updating an employee's rate in Urhere
When updating an employee's hourly rate, Urhere will check to see if that rate is different from what is set in Xero.
If it differs, Urhere will update the employee's pay template in Xero if you allow Urhere to. For this function to work, you must have Use Payroll rates set to off in the employee's profile.
