Where to find your settings

Noticed your schedule and account settings have moved? Get help to find where they are now accessed from.

Schedule settings:

Editing you schedule and default shift settings

  1. Open the schedule

  2. Locate the Settings option on the right side of your screen

From here you will be able to edit your current and add new locations, change your schedule set up, update employee check-in method, adjust shift offerings and swaps, add public holidays, create and assign employee surveys and view integrations.

Account settings:

Edit your locations, access your subscription and view/setup integrations

  1. Locate and select the avatar/location in the top right corner of your screen

From here you will be able to switch locations, account your billing & subscription details, add a new location, view integrations, edit your locations time zone and get to our help center.
