Set up QR clock-in:
Go to the schedule
Select Settings
Select Clock-in QR code
Download the QR code
Print and display this QR code within your venue
Set up Kiosk clock-in
Go to the schedule
Select Settings
Select Kiosk clock-in
Download the Urhere app from the App Store or Google Play onto your device
Log in to the Urhere app using the credentials below to launch the kiosk mode.
Employees will now be able to clock in using the Kiosk device. If you no longer wish for them to use GPS check-in, simply disable this feature and hide the QR code.
Set up GPS check-in and geofencing
Go to the schedule
Open Settings
Select Clock-in GPS settings
Toggle to enable/disable geofencing
Select a location
Choose how you would like the system to react if an employee attempts to clock-in/out of a shift if they are outside of the geofencing radius (block, warn or allow)
Ensure your venues address is correct and if not remove and re-add the location
Select Save Changes to proceed
Note - If geofencing is enabled employees will need to be in the venue to check-in/out
Choosing the right clock-in method for you
If your staff work remotely or travel to different sites GPS is the way to go (ensure geofencing is disabled)
GPS + geofencing enabled is prefect if your employees are required to clock-in/out while being located within the venue
Kiosk check-in and QR check-in are great if you wish all your staff to check-in/out from a specific location within the venue.
