Fin is Urhere's built-in AI agent. It will provide you instant responses to your questions and can help guide you through features within the platform

Accessing support article in Fin is simple. Open the support launcher located in the bottom right corner of Urhere
Now you will be able to view the recommended articles displayed on the home page of the widget or search a topic of your choice by entering keywords.

Fin - Our AI Support
When speaking with Fin, the more context you provide, the better the response you will receive. You can ask follow-up questions for clarification or further information as required.
An example of something you may ask Fin is 'How do I copy my roster to another week?'

Open the support launcher located in the bottom right corner of Urhere
Select Ask a question, then type your question and send it to Fin
You can continue the conversation to ask follow-up questions or clarify things as needed.
