Why can’t I see an employee, area or location?

Resolve common reasons locations or areas are not visible.

Filters are applied


Active filters can hide locations or areas from view.

Resolution - Clear any filters and refresh the page.


Employee is inactive


Only active employees will display on the sidebar and employee view

Resolution - Reactivate the employee and save the change


Wrong location may be selected


Employees and areas are specific to each location.

Resolution - Ensure you are on the employee is added to the location and that you are viewing correct location, if not swap
