Request training information

Assign or request training from employees

Request training for an employee

To request training:

  1. Go to Employees

  2. Select an employee

  3. Select Training

    From here you can create an manage an employees training

  4. Select the check box for the training you would like the employee to complete

  5. Select Save Changes to proceed


When to request training

You may need to request training if:

  • A new employee has joined

  • An employee is changes roles

  • Errors or issues are occurring

  • Processes have changed

  • An employees needs a refresher training


What to include

When assigning training, make sure to include:

  • The task or feature they need to learn

  • Any relevant guides or resources

  • Expected completion timeframe


Follow up on training

After assigning training:

  • Check that the employee has completed it

  • Confirm they understand the task

  • Provide additional support if needed
