Inviting an employee to join Urhere

Sending an invite to an employee so they can access Urhere, view their roster, clock in/out and interact with their roster.

Send an invite

  1. Go to Employees

  2. Select the Add Employee

  3. Enter the employees name and email

  4. Next you will be able to select a password for an employee which they can change later (this is not mandatory)

  5. Ensure the toggle is selected to send an app invite to the employee

  6. Select if they are an employee or manager

  7. Ensure the correct location is selected.

  8. Select Create Employee to proceed

The employee will receive an email with an invite code, prompting them to download the Urhere app.

If the employee does not receive the invite

Check you have entered the employees email address correctly and if not simply click on their employee profile to edit and resend the invitation.


Have the employee check their spam/junk inboxes.
