What are audit trails?

Audit trails are a record of actions taken within Urhere. This tracks who made changes, what was changed, and when the change occurred - giving you full visibility over activity.


How to access audit trails

Employee audit trail:

  1. Open to an employee's work profile

  2. Select Audit Trails

Now you will be able to view a log of all the change made to the specific employees work profile as shown below.


​Shift audit trail:

  1. Open to schedule

  2. Select a shift

  3. Select the ellipsis

  4. Select Audit Trail

    ​Timesheet audit trail:

  1. Open to specific timesheet you wish to view

  2. Select the ellipsis

  3. Select Audit Trail

Now you will be able to view the change log for any adjustments or approvals made to the specific timesheet.

Audit trails are useful when:

  • Investigating incorrect timesheets or payroll issues

  • Tracking mangers edits on a shift or roster

  • Reviewing onboarding or employee changes

  • Monitoring admin or manager activity
