What is budgeting?
Budgeting in Urhere helps you control your labour expenses by allowing you to set a costing target to define how much you intend to spend on labour for a specific period.
How to set up a budget in Urhere
Open your schedule
Select Settings
Select Edit Sales
Ensure the correct location and dates are selected
Now you will be able to enter your sales target (earning for the venue), wage budget (labour cost) and actual sales (the amount you actually earnt) per day.
Once you have entered your sales target, wage budget and actual earning scroll down to view your weeks totals.
Alternatively, you can input default budgets by day with will repeat each week unless updated.
