How chat works
Both employees and managers have access to the chat feature to either send direct messages or group chatting. Messages are delivered in real time, allowing for fast and efficient communication across your team.
How to start a chat:
Locate the Chat feature icon in the top right corn of Urhere
Select New Conversation or Start One
Select if you wish to send a direct message or create a group chat.
If choosing a group chat, you will need to give the group a name and select who will be in the conversation, then select Create Group to proceed.
Otherwise, if sending a direct message, select the recipient and select Open Chat to proceed
Now you will be able to send messages and add attachments in the chat.
Common uses
Some ways our customers often use chat feature:
Team announcements
Urgent operational updates
Answering employee questions
Coordinating day-to-day tasks
Troubleshooting chat issues
If chat is not working, check your internet connection, notification settings, app operation version (if required update) and the apps permissions.
