How to use Finn

The Finn launcher has 3 different functions for your use, viewing support documentation, asking Finn AI for help or using Finn to reach out directly to our team.

Open the Finn launcher located in the bottom right corner of Urhere

Support documentation:

- You will be able search keywords to view our support documentation.

Each document with be in a collection for information on specific functions within Urhere.

Ask Finn AI for help:

When speaking with Finn, the more context you provide, the better the response you will receive. You can ask follow-up questions for clarification or further information as required.

  2. Select Ask a question

  3. Type your questions and send it to Finn

You can continue the conversation to ask follow-up questions or clarify anything. If Finn is not giving you the answer you need, you can ask him to connect you to a human for support.
