How reporting works in Urhere

Understand how to use the different report types to track your businesses performance, cost and employees attendance.


How reporting works

Reports are generated using data from timesheets, rosters, employee records and payroll settings.


Which reports are available in Urhere

  • Shift report - Shows hours worked for each employee which you may be used to review all employees time worked before payroll

  • Leave report - Shows employees leave, dates and times.

  • Sales vs Labour - Breaks down the cost of labour comparatively to the amount of sales/earning amount over that period.

  • Area Summary - An outline of all areas within your venue, displaying how many employees were scheduled, how many hours collective were worked by the team including ordinary hours, overtime and leave.

  • Payroll Summary - An overview of all pay totals and breakdowns to check prior to exporting and to keep track of employees which are not loaded in Xero.

  • Survey Response - The data collected from employees when they answer the survey questions you have created.

  • Payroll Readiness - Shows breakdown of all employee wage/salary payments ready to be sent to payroll (Xero) for processing.

  • Employee Contact Details - Provides each employees details, email, phone number and address

  • Birthdays - Displays each employees locations and birthdays with a count down.

  • Emergency Contacts - Provide each employees emergency contact, their relationship, a contact number and email.

  • Employment Anniversary - Displays each employees location, the date they commenced employment, their employment anniversary date, how many years they have been employed and a countdown of how many days to go until their next employments anniversary.

  • Unavailability - Provides an overview of any employees leave periods


Access reports

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Select the report you want to view

  3. Choose a date range or pay period

  4. Apply any filters if applicable (i.e. location, employee)

You can then view or export the report as required.
